We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive "HR Officer'' to support day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, and ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation tracking, contract renewals, and offboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer employee attendance, leave requests, and annual vacation planning in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Assist in payroll processing by preparing and validating attendance, leave, and related data.
- Support HR operations on government platforms (e.g., Qiwa, GOSI), ensuring timely and compliant transactions.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
- Contribute to HR initiatives, internal audits, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team when needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
