Job Title: Logistics & Procurement Coordinator -Industrial Sector
Location: Amman-Jordan
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, managing international procurement activities, and ensuring smooth business continuity through effective coordination and crisis management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including shipping, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.
- Manage international procurement processes and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Proactively identify and resolve logistics challenges to avoid operational disruptions.
- Handle insurance claims related to shipments and logistics incidents.
- Support business continuity by effectively managing logistics risks and crises.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support centralized procurement across the group.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or international procurement.
- Solid understanding of shipping, customs clearance, and logistics workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage unexpected challenges.
- Experience in insurance claims handling is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
