How You’ll Contribute
As a People & Culture Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of people engagement initiatives, and the firmwide people experience agenda. This role plays a critical part in strengthening cultural alignment and enhancing employee connectivity across the region
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
People Experience Agenda
- Lead the design and delivery of the internal people experience roadmap—spanning culture, wellbeing, recognition, inclusion efforts, and behavioural alignment
- Partner with COEs to embed people experience principles into core HC programs.
Employee Engagement
- Lead the planning, rollout, and evaluation of employee engagement programs that strengthen morale, connection, and culture
- Facilitate engagement campaigns, focus groups, manager toolkits, appreciation moments and action‑planning workshops.
- Drive firmwide engagement cycles and integrate insights into People & Culture priorities.
People Survey Reporting & People Insights
- Manage the firm’s engagement pulse surveys and analyse pulse survey outcomes, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Analyse survey results, drive insights and create clear narrative summaries, and recommendations to support decision‑making.
Transformation Leadership
- Lead the design and delivery of People & Culture transformation initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, wellbeing, recognition, and employee experience across the firm.
- Translate strategic One HC priorities into structured transformation workstreams with clear outcomes, milestones, and impact measures.
Project & Program Management
- Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle for major P&C initiatives, including planning, scope definition, resource coordination, risk and issue management, and progress reporting.
- Drive consistent use of PMO best practices such as maintaining updated project documentation, status tracking, project plans, metrics, and consolidated reporting.
Internal Communications
- Lead the development and execution of cohesive internal communications aligned with the firm’s Human Capital tone of voice, values, and culture,
- Partner closely with HC leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure clear, engaging, timely communication on people priorities, change initiatives, and firmwide campaigns.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Skills
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in People & Culture, Internal Communications, Employee Experience, or Engagement roles.
- Experience with leading and executing transformational People & Culture initiatives
- Proven experience designing and delivering communication strategies for large organisations.
- Strong capability in insights, reporting, or people analytics—including interpreting engagement data and translating it into action.
- Experience leading people programs, engagement campaigns, or culture initiatives.
- Ability to influence leaders, manage complex stakeholder environments, and drive cross‑functional initiatives
- Strong project management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strategic Storytelling & Project Enabling
- Presentation, Stakeholder & Project Delivery Excellence
- Communication, Change & Project Management Competency
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR analytics tools.
