Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Specialist – Total Rewards & Career Architecture to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of our compensation, benefits, and career architecture frameworks across the group.
This role is critical in ensuring that employee performance and progression are translated into fair, competitive, and well‑governed reward and career outcomes, aligned with market benchmarks, internal equity, and business strategy.
The role works closely with senior HR leadership and key stakeholders to support retention, succession planning, and long‑term organizational sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Rewards
- Manage and maintain salary structures, grading frameworks, and benchmarking activities (Mercer‑aligned).
- Perform compensation analyses, market comparisons, and cost modelling to support salary review cycles.
- Support the design and review of incentive and benefits programmes.
Performance to Reward Linkage
- Apply approved frameworks linking performance outcomes to promotions and salary adjustments.
- Evaluate and validate promotion and pay proposals for consistency and alignment with grading structures.
- Provide recommendations based on data and internal equity considerations.
Career Architecture
- Maintain and update career architecture, job families, and grade structures.
- Support role evaluation and grade alignment across functions.
Governance & Reporting
- Monitor internal equity and flag inconsistencies or risks.
- Prepare reports and analyses to support HR Manager and leadership decision‑making.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Strategy roles.
- Strong experience with Mercer or similar job evaluation and benchmarking frameworks.
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills, with experience preparing cost models and reward scenarios.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and ability to handle sensitive data.
- Experience working in multi‑country or regional environments is an advantage.
