Account Manager
Job brief:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the execution of marketing and communication projects. The role ensures campaigns and deliverables align with client objectives while coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts along with account executives
- Guide and supervise Account Executives in managing daily tasks for the projects in both Jordan and Saudi Arabia markets
- Lead the planning and execution of campaigns, content plans, and marketing initiatives across Jordan and KSA markets
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client objectives.
- Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication on project progress and deliverables.
- Lead the planning and implementation of campaigns, content plans, and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, mainly with the creative team leader.
- Report regularly to the Client Servicing Director or leadership team on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Review deliverables before sharing with clients to ensure quality and alignment with objectives.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign results and support client growth.
- Provide initiatives, ideas, and solutions for clients to be shared with creative and account executives on a monthly basis.
- Support proposal preparation, presentations, and business development opportunities when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications agencies.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Experience managing campaigns, social media, and integrated marketing projects.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
