Area Sales Manager
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–6 years of sales experience (FMCG/Bakery experience).
Solid knowledge of retail sales strategies, sales tools, and forecasting techniques.
Fluency in English is required (spoken and written).
Strong preference for candidates with KSA market experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales forecasting and achieve regional sales targets.
Lead and support sales teams, build strong relationships with key clients, and negotiate and close deals.
Prepare periodic sales reports and analyze sales performance and expansion opportunities.
Control retail sales expenditures in line with approved budgets.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by reducing complaints and improving service quality.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Manage sales contracts and proposals in compliance with company policies.
Oversee sales routes, depots, stores, and sales vehicles performance and compliance.
Salary
