We're hiring a Marketing & Design Specialist.
We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing & Design Specialist to join our team in Amman — someone who can own both the creative and the marketing side of multiple growing brands.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, and content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or similar)
- Experience managing social media across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns and lead generation
- Strong branding sense with the ability to produce brochures, marketing materials, and visual content
- Video filming and editing for reels and short-form content
- Bilingual — Arabic and English
- Based in Amman, full-time office based
