【Responsibilities】
1. Oversee, track, and take responsibility for in-app events.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact between the app and the agency, handling all communication.
3. Provide feedback and periodic event reports.
4. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
5. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
6. Ensure the satisfaction of content creators and agencies.
【Requirements】
1. Proficient in English as a work language.
2. Excellent team work spirit, good communication and presentation skills; Strong team management and leadership.
3. 0-1 years of experience as a customer service representative or within a live streaming platform.
4. Solid experience with MS Office.
5. Excellent listening and negotiation abilities.
