We are seeking an Office Manager/Personal Assistant to oversee all non-production functions at our facility. You will report directly to the CEO, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth, safe, and compliant operations while driving efficiency across administration, HR, procurement, and facilities.
What You Will Do:
- Lead front office operations, document control, and HR administration (recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, payroll coordination).
- Manage procurement of MRO/indirect goods and oversee warehouse operations (cycle counts, inbound/outbound shipments, returns/scrap).
- Ensure proper facility maintenance and security; lead HSE initiatives, regulatory compliance, and audits; support finance/ERP activities; implement Lean/5S practices.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5–8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- Fluent in Arabic and professionally proficient in English.
- Advanced Excel and ERP skills.
- Knowledge of PPE and workplace safety standards.
