Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amman for an Admin Coordinator for the Jordan Team. The Admin Coordinator will undertake a range of administrative and organizational tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing documentation, and maintaining smooth office operations. This role will involve supporting the team, facilitating communication, assisting in customer service tasks, and ensuring financial documentation is properly recorded and managed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance with excellent Organization Skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Finance and an ability to manage financial records and processes accurately.
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
