Your Impact
The Finance Partner role is based in Jordan, reports to the head of Finance, and will serve as a strategic advisor across the business, partnering with all functions to provide insightful financial analysis and guidance, with a primary focus on Commercial and Operations leadership. This role translates complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations, identifies opportunities for improvement, and drives operational enhancements that strengthen overall business performance. Leveraging data analytics, commercial acumen, and finance operations expertise, the Finance Partner enables informed, high-impact decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to Commercial and Operations leadership, delivering actionable financial insights that drive business performance and growth.
- Interpret complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing foresight to support informed decision-making at the executive level.
- Translate financial analysis into clear recommendations that influence strategy, commercial initiatives, and operational execution.
- Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate evolving needs, embedding finance processes, controls, and workflows that strengthen commercial and operational effectiveness.
- Design, build, and maintain dynamic financial dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to provide real-time insights for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Commercial and Operations teams to monitor KPIs, evaluate business performance, and drive data-informed strategic initiatives.
- Lead financial discussions with senior leadership, challenging assumptions where appropriate and shaping the company’s operational and commercial direction.
- Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and risk management practices across business functions.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, financial planning enhancements, and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to the quality standards and safety procedures as per the company guidelines and local regulations.
- Take appropriate actions in relation to any hazards and work-related issues, and escalate as needed, in order to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager, in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational objectives.
What To Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a strong plus).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, business partnering, or finance operations, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced proficiency in Excel; ERP system experience is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate effectively across Commercial and Operations teams.
