Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan, for a Customer Success Manager. The role involves building and fostering strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Responsibilities include identifying and responding to customer needs, overseeing customer onboarding, providing ongoing support, and working to maintain and enhance customer retention. Additionally, the Customer Success Manager will analyze customer feedback, identify process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Retention to ensure positive client experiences and long-term engagement
- Proficiency in Relationship Building to establish trust and rapport with clients
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and implement process improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the service, retail, or tech industry is a plus
- Experience in the field of SaaS is a plus
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
