Description
We are seeking a highly analytical, growth-oriented Growth Marketing Specialist with a strong growth-hacking mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified lead generation, pipeline growth, marketing automation, performance marketing, conversion optimization, SEO, GEO, and AI search visibility across multiple channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Own and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Drive demand generation and qualified lead acquisition.
- Design and execute growth experiments to improve traffic, engagement, conversions, and pipeline.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize results.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategies.
- Own HubSpot marketing automation, workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and conversion paths.
- Conduct A/B testing across campaigns, content, and landing pages.
- Analyze website, campaign, and funnel performance.
- Build dashboards and executive reports with actionable insights.
- Advise content teams on improving organic reach, engagement, clicks, and lead generation.
- Analyze content performance across LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, and website content.
- Optimize content distribution strategies to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic growth.
- Optimize visibility across AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and growth opportunities.
- Identify and scale new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or Growth Hacking.
- Proven hands-on HubSpot experience (mandatory).
- Proven hands-on Google Ads experience (mandatory).
- Proven hands-on LinkedIn Ads experience (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Proven experience scaling organic reach and content performance.
- Good understanding of SEO, GEO, and AI Search Optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience within a B2B SaaS environment preferred.
