About the Role
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support business objectives across multiple brands and clients.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign planning, market research, team coordination, and performance analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with management, designers, content creators, media buyers, and account managers to ensure that marketing plans are implemented effectively and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans.
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, key messages, and performance metrics.
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and market segments.
- Establish KPIs and track progress against marketing goals.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights.
- Analyze competitors’ marketing activities and positioning.
- Gather and interpret data to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on research findings.
Campaign Management
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives to maximize results.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and customer experience across all channels.
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Manage and coordinate marketing team activities and priorities.
- Ensure projects are executed according to approved plans and timelines.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, media buyers, developers, and account managers.
- Support team members with guidance, feedback, and performance monitoring.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign and marketing performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
- Measure ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements and corrective actions based on results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies and plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience conducting market and competitor research.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an agency environment.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation.
- Experience managing cross-functional marketing teams.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or investment-related industries is a plus.
