Responsibilities:
- Support the development and optimization of discovery and personalization experiences across Shahid platforms
- Contribute to initiatives across Search, Recommendations, Navigation, and content discovery surfaces
- Work closely with Engineering, Data, UX, and stakeholders to define and execute product initiatives
- Analyze user behavior, engagement funnels, and platform metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in defining product requirements, experimentation plans, and success metrics
- Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
- Help improve content discoverability, relevance, personalization, and user engagement
- Monitor industry trends and emerging experiences across streaming, AI, personalization, and discovery
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
- Ability to translate user and business problems into clear product requirements
- Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and experimentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for consumer-facing digital products and user experiences
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Search, Recommendations, Personalization, Discovery, AI, or data-driven products
- Experience with experimentation or A/B testing
- Familiarity with ranking, relevance, recommendation, or discovery concepts
- Experience in streaming, media, gaming, e-commerce, or marketplace products
