Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Aqaba for a Guest Relations Officer at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by warmly welcoming guests, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with special requests. Daily tasks include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining guest satisfaction, coordinating with various departments to deliver seamless service, and acting as a point of contact to provide personalized recommendations and enhance the guest journey.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver outstanding hospitality services and address guest concerns effectively
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties, including check-in and check-out processes, and managing guest inquiries
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally and courteously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is highly desirable
- Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly English and Arabic, is an asset
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
