ROLE IMPACT
You will spearhead innovative marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and market trends. Your role will involve designing and executing creative promotional initiatives, including digital campaigns, seasonal offers, and community-driven events, tailored to elevate guest engagement and drive occupancy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market insights, and leveraging data-driven approaches will optimize
multi-channel efforts (social media, email, partnerships, and traditional media) to amplify the hotel’s visibility and reputation. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality, a pulse on evolving guest preferences, and the ability to translate trends into actionable growth strategies.

JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop visually appealing, brand-aligned marketing materials and integrated multi-channel campaigns, including social media, content marketing, paid advertising, print, radio, and broadcast media.
- Design and execute innovative marketing strategies and promotional initiatives—such as events, exhibitions, and cultural activities—that boost brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback surveys to monitor trends, understand customer preferences, and optimize marketing efforts for better outcomes.
- Oversee and analyze campaign performance using metrics and tools, making data-driven adjustments to ensure campaigns meet objectives within budgetary constraints.
- Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and negotiations with external entities including local artists, performers, and organizations, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations aligned with brand standards.
- Plan, organize, and monitor cultural and community engagement activities—such as workshops, cultural events, and property-related initiatives—focusing on high quality, safety, and positive guest experiences.
- Develop and support content creation—ranging from brochures and press releases to website copy—while ensuring messaging aligns with branding and marketing goals.
- Support sales and client management processes by preparing detailed proposals, quotations, and cost calculations, while maintaining accurate documentation and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
CONNECTION
- Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and ensure cohesive communication.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong commercial knowledge, excellent customer service, and teamwork skills.
INNOVATION
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, publishers, influencers, and other external partners to collaborate on promotional initiatives and campaigns.
- Actively participate in local community outreach programs and charitable events, enhancing the company’s brand presence and reputation within the community.
- Develop relationships with media outlets to promote sales & marketing initiatives.
- Engage with the local community through events and partnerships, positioning the establishment as a key community member.
CURATION
- Stay informed about industry trends, new marketing technologies, and best practices, and integrate these innovations into strategic planning to drive growth and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leadership and management to develop long-term marketing and community engagement strategies that support business goals, foster innovation, and attract diverse audiences.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, customer segments, and community programs to expand reach, increase engagement, and improve overall satisfaction.
- Develop and implement innovative programs, activities, and initiatives aligned with guest interests and business objectives, continuously enhancing cultural and community offerings.
LEADING THE WAY
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent teamwork skills.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Previous experience in the Marketing and/ or Events industry.
- Proven experience in a 5* hotel environment.
- Advanced English.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Leadership skills.
- Flexibility to travel to Aqaba/ Amman when required.
