The PR Officer will be responsible for handling all public relations activities. This role focuses on developing communication materials, assisting in the organization of events, and executing strategies to maintain and enhance the company’s public image.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning execution of events, managing invitations, setup, and post-event follow-up.
- Follow up all logistical, financial, and administrative matters for all events.
- Ensure all public relations materials are consistent with the company’s messaging and brand identity.
- Collaborate with vendors, venues, and other key stakeholders to coordinate event logistics.
- Oversee the seamless execution of events, managing aspects such as invitations, setup, and post-event follow-up.
- Support the Public Relations Supervisor in developing and executing PR strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.
- Handle event logistics, including venue selection and equipment rental coordination.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role, with proven experience in organizing formal events and a strong understanding of event protocols.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, particularly in event planning and execution.
