Job Title: Enterprise Large Accounts Senior Manager
Job Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq
Job Purpose:
Leads the large channel direct sales team to drive incremental revenues and market share growth within enterprise segment.
Develops and implements sales plans and strategies to achieve the assigned objectives and Company’s goals ensuring full accountability on the delivery of his/her team.
Drives profitable revenue contribution and increasing market share from integrated products, services and mobile solution offering through addressing the customers’ needs and transforming the opportunities into materialized revenues.
Job Accountability:
- Manages Large segment across all Iraq regions with close monitoring and follow up to achieve the assigned targets.
- Drives distinguished customer experiences through proactive and strategic engagement by himself/herself and the team, fostering value creation for both Asiacell and its clients.
- Establishes sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base within the assigned segments.
- Ensures proper implementation of Asiacell’s strategy/policies and departmental goals.
- Conducts regular performance and competencies evaluations for direct reports while delivering constant constructive feedback for higher achievements and further development
- Develops a highly professional and results -oriented sales force who are capable of achieving, or exceeding, the sales targets under his/her segment with effective management of daily operations.
- Liaises with Marketing in identifying market and business opportunities for further business development or the introduction of new products or services that meet the specific requirements of large segment.
- Leads recruitment processes for direct reports, validating hiring decisions to ensure top talent acquisition
- Initiates direct sales activities to penetrate the assigned segment.
- Manages Asiacell B2B partnerships and tenders with key multinational/Gov accounts and ensures quality of business for Asiacell .
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 10 years on managerial level in similar field.
Language skills (Arabic & English).
Computer skills, Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint.
