Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition role based in Amman, Jordan. The selected candidate will manage recruitment processes, develop and implement HR policies, and oversee personnel management activities. Key responsibilities include identifying staffing needs, organizing hiring campaigns, conducting interviews, managing employee benefits, and contributing to the overall HR strategy to ensure employee satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) operations and processes
- Proficiency in HR Management and crafting effective HR policies
- Experience with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and nurture positive work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or similar roles is preferred
