• Design and build scalable backend systems using Python
• Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs
• Architect clean, modular, and production-ready systems
• Integrate AI models, pipelines, and automation workflows into backend services
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability
• Handle basic frontend tasks (forms, buttons, simple layouts) when required
• Collaborate closely with product, AI, and frontend teams
• Follow best practices in clean code, documentation, and code reviews
• Apply modern development methodologies in engineering workflows

• 3–4 years of strong hands-on experience in backend development
• Advanced understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

• Basic frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, simple JavaScript
