We’re Hiring: AI-Native Product Engineer (JORDAN-BASED CANDIDATED ONLY!!)

Logatta is evolving how software gets built.
We’re moving to an AI-native development model using tools like Claude Code and Replit to dramatically accelerate delivery. Instead of long development cycles, we work with clients on a retainer basis — shipping real automations, workflows, and internal tools every week.
We’re looking for engineers who don’t just write code.
We want builders who know how to direct AI to produce, iterate, and ship working systems fast.
What You'll Do
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code and similar) to design and ship solutions rapidly
• Build automations, integrations, APIs, and internal tools on weekly delivery cycles
• Translate messy business problems into working software — fast
• Iterate through prompt → generate → validate → refine workflows
• Integrate with client systems (databases, APIs, SaaS platforms)
• Own delivery from idea to deployment, not just implementation
• Continuously improve speed, reliability, and reusability of generated systems
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years building software, automations, or integrations in real environments
• Strong practical skills in Python or TypeScript (full-stack mindset is a plus)
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) as part of your workflow
• Comfortable working with generated code, debugging it, and shaping it into production use
• Proven ability to build and ship quickly — not just design or research
• Strong problem-solving ability and bias toward action
• Experience integrating APIs, handling data, and deploying lightweight services
Nice to Have
• Exposure to LLM workflows, RAG, or agent-based automations
• Experience building internal tools, scripts, or operational automations
• Familiarity with Docker or simple cloud deployments
• Startup or rapid-delivery environment experience
