Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer with 3-4 years of experience, based in Amman. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems and applications. Key responsibilities include implementing software development best practices, writing efficient and scalable code, and applying principles of object-oriented programming (OOP). The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems design
- Skills in Back-End Web Development and experience using relevant frameworks and technologies
- Proficiency in Software Development, Programming, and debugging
- Knowledge and experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with AI or related technologies is a strong plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and development
