The Role:
We are seeking a talented QA Engineer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive testing of mobile applications, including functional, regression, and usability testing.
- Perform cross-site testing to ensure responsiveness and compatibility across different devices and browsers.
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated).
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes and providing solutions.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and soapUI.
- Conduct load testing and provide insights on performance bottlenecks.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality releases.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in fluent English.
- Work under pressure and be available for after-hours work when necessary.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in QA, specifically in mobile app testing (must have mobile app testing - this is non-negotiable)
- Familiarity with various testing scenarios and methodologies.
- Experience with cross-site testing and ensuring responsiveness.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman and soapUI.
- General knowledge of load testing principles and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation.
