Role Overview: The Operations Officer supports DigiZag’s Operations Department, which is central to the execution and coordination of performance marketing campaigns and internal processes. This role exists to maintain accuracy, consistency, and data alignment across departments, ensuring operational workflows are executed efficiently and in accordance with business standards. The position plays a critical role in reinforcing campaign setup, system validation, financial reconciliation, and cross-functional coordination—contributing to overall operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Management
- Support the end-to-end setup of new campaigns across all relevant systems and platforms.
- Conduct regular system checks and tests to verify smooth operation and identify potential issues.
- Validate that all campaign data, tracking codes, and creative assets are correctly configured.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to help ensure campaigns meet both client and internal standards.
Date Accuracy & Validation
- Perform ongoing validation checks and routine audits to help maintain clean and consistent data.
- Conduct spot-checks and assists in monitoring system accuracy across dashboards and internal tools.
Reporting & Analytics
- Assist in preparing operational and performance reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Contribute to identifying trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities through data analysis.
- Support other departments with tailored analytics to aid in decision-making.
Payment & Financial Operations
- Support the creation and reconciliation of financial transactions related to campaigns.
- Collaborate with Finance to help validate payments to publishers and assist in processing client invoicing.
- Contribute to ensuring transparency and accuracy across all financial touchpoints.
- Communicate with the Finance department to help verify alignment between operational system data and accounting system figures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as an operational liaison between Sales, Partnerships, and Finance.
- Assist in aligning departments on campaign timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
- Support internal teams by helping troubleshoot processes and contribute to operational solutions.
Process Improvement Support
- Identify opportunities to streamline internal communication and tracking processes through the use of AI tools and automation, reducing time and increasing overall efficiency.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
·Conduct regular QA checks and audits to help ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, including checks on coupon discount percentages, commission payouts, and coupon validity.
·Contribute to the improvement of SOPs, operational workflows, and system usage for greater efficiency.
· Assist in monitoring campaign execution to help minimize errors and ensure high-quality delivery.
Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support DigiZag’s partnerships objectives and campaign success.
Qualifications
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, Business Information Systems, Data Analysis, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 0 –2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Background: Exposure in digital campaign operations, performance marketing workflows, or publisher network platforms is preferred but not required.
- Language: Proficiency in English (Written & Spoken).
