The Community Center Specialist is responsible for contributing to the achievement of the center's strategic objectives, implementing programs and training for the target groups, and following up the outcomes of these programs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prepares and submit monthly and annual reports on program activities, progress, impact and document key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Develops and implement prevention activities with in children, youth, men, and women
- Monitors and track beneficiaries attendance, participation, and progress in activities Ensure timely distribution of incentives and support services address any concerns or challenges faced by beneficiaries to improve program engagement.
- Trains and mentors fellow social workers and supervise volunteers on best practices and program implementation.
- Facilitates capacity-building sessions to strengthen overall service delivery.
- Assists in conducting follow-up and evaluation of implemented programs with the target groups to ensure that work progresses according to the planned schedule.
- Refers cases to other services within the institution as needed to ensure they receive the necessary assistance.
- Coordinates the implementation of programs according to the specialization to ensure adherence to the work plan.
- Evaluates, monitors, and develops the outcomes of implemented programs to ensure that each program achieves its objectives in accordance with the institution’s policies and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Social Work or any related field.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Experience in Community motivation and training
