Supply & Inventory Supervisor

The Walk
is looking for a highly organized and hands-on Supply & Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory, supplies, and procurement support across our growing portfolio of in-house concepts.
This is
a key operational role for someone who enjoys structure, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Resp
onsibilities
* Manage
the central store and maintain organized inventory.* Receive
, inspect, and record deliveries from suppliers.* Monitor
stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.* Coordin
ate stock transfers between kiosks and operating locations.* Conduct
regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.* Impleme
nt and maintain FIFO and inventory control procedures.* Coordin
ate purchase requests and follow up with suppliers.* Maintai
n inventory records and prepare stock reports.* Support
new concept launches by ensuring operational readiness.* Monitor
consumables, packaging, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and operating materials.* Coordin
ate equipment servicing and maintenance when required.* Work cl
osely with operations teams to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
Requirem
ents
* 2–5 ye
ars of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, procurement, or retail operations.* Strong
organizational and problem-solving skills.* Excelle
nt attention to detail and accuracy.* Profici
ency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.* Valid J
ordanian driving licence is an advantage.* Ability
to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.* Physica
lly able to handle stock movement when necessary.
