Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan, responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a well-organized, efficient work environment. This role includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling documentation, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. The Office Manager will serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and visitors, support customer inquiries, and ensure professional communication across the organization. Additional responsibilities include assisting with basic financial and HR-related administrative processes, supporting management with reports and records, and implementing office policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage documentation, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Office Equipment, including printers, scanners, telephones, and other standard office tools.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry skills is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks are required.
- Experience in an office management or administrative role, ideally within retail, food, or hospitality sectors, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Amman, Jordan, and collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
