Support the execution of marketing activities across both digital and offline channels, including social media, advertising, events, and promotional campaigns. The role focuses on coordination, implementation, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives in line with overall marketing objectives.
- Support the coordination and execution of digital marketing activities, including social media content and basic online campaigns.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing marketing materials to ensure alignment with RJ’s brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for the production of promotional materials such as brochures, signage, branded items, and giveaways.
- Support the organization and execution of events, exhibitions, job fairs, and sponsorship activities.
- Monitor and follow up on marketing activities to ensure timely execution.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing basic reports for both digital and offline activities.
- Liaise with external agencies to support advertising campaigns and ensure deliverables are completed as planned.
- Assist in the placement and maintenance of branding materials across RJ locations (airports, ticket offices, and promotional booths).
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all assigned marketing activities and materials.
Knowledge and Skills Required:

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
