Job Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function within the retail sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The role encompasses full responsibility for marketing planning, brand management, digital marketing, promotional campaigns, customer acquisition, budget management, and market analysis, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives and enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute promotional, seasonal, and product launch campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and website optimization.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Lead and develop the marketing team while managing relationships with external agencies and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, with mandatory previous experience in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail marketing strategies, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns, budgets, and performance analysis.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
- Open to Jordanian and non-Jordanian candidates who are legally eligible to work in Jordan.
