Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Amman, Jordan. The Finance Manager will oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. Tasks include preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, conducting financial risk analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the organization with investment and cost-saving strategies. The role also involves collaborating closely with various departments to allocate resources and enhance overall financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
- Knowledge and experience in conducting financial risk and compliance assessments
- Proficiency in financial analysis, strategic planning, and resource allocation
- Familiarity with accounting software, advanced spreadsheet knowledge, and ERP systems
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA/CFA are a plus)
- Experience in healthcare or service-oriented industries is advantageous
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines
