Role Overview
We’re seeking a fast-moving, detail-obsessed Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a growing roster of loan officers with brand management and content execution. You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure marketing assets feel polished, professional, and aligned with each loan officer’s unique voice — without micromanagement.
What You’ll Actually Do (And Own)
- Brand Collateral & Design
- Create on-brand flyers, event invites, Just Listed/Sold templates.
- Build and manage Canva templates for quick customization.
- Design print/digital assets that help each LO stand out in their market.
- Social Media Posting & Management
- Schedule and post content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Repurpose clips, testimonials, and market updates into fresh assets.
- Maintain consistency without the need for hand-holding.
- Video Editing & Publishing
- Edit raw video into short-form content with branding, captions, hooks.
- Upload to platforms with proper formatting and thumbnails.
- Organize video libraries for each LO.
- Email & Campaign Support
- Build and send monthly newsletters.
- Set up email campaigns (homebuyer tips, events, client check-ins).
- Help clean up and segment contact lists.
- General Brand Support
- Keep LO bios, photos, and info up to date across platforms.
- Track content needs and drive accountability.
- Suggest ideas and take initiative — don’t wait to be told what’s broken.
