Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Amman. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales activities, manage client relationships, and lead the sales team to achieve targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves tracking market trends and driving initiatives to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership experience, including team management, sales management and motivational skills
- Proficiency in sales strategy development, account management, and client negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong customer relations
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and data analysis
- Knowledge of the electronics distribution industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 9 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus
