Role Overview:
The Technical Presales Manager is responsible for leading the presales function by providing technical expertise, solution design, and strategic support to the sales team. This role bridges the gap between customer business needs and technical solutions, ensuring value-driven proposals and successful deal closures
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Planning, Development, negotiation and managing post-submission activities
- Building technical complaint and responsive proposals as a response on RFPs, which comprises solution overview, write-ups, P&L, project estimation, solution architecture diagrams, assumptions, in/out scop
- Consultation and preparation technical RFPs for client
- Presenting solutions to the client
- Preparing Customer analysis and competitive advantage
- Defining value proposition, feature, benefits and discriminator
- Pricing Engagement and preparing "Price to win”
- Partnerships establishment with System integrators and technology vendors in different model
- Architecting and Designing enterprise solutions using diverse technology stack (Microsoft, IBM, SoftwareAG, Oracle, SAP, OutSystems, K2, Mendix, Esri…etc.
- Create high-level comprehensive solution designs that address the needs of key stakeholder
- Very Strong experience in applications, not infrastructure
- Act as a technical subject matter expert during client meetings, presentations, and product demonstration
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions and architecture
- Design and deliver compelling proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentatio
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and scalabilit
- Support the sales cycle from opportunity qualification through deal closur
- Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and solution validations when require
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologie
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to presales engineers and consultant
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fie
- 10+ years of experience in a Technical Presales, Applications, not infrastructure
- Strong background in software solutions, applications, or enterprise syste
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the sales lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus, if applicabl
