Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amman for a Business Development Specialist/Sales/Data Entry position. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying and generating leads, assisting in the development of sales strategies, engaging with potential clients to generate business opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed business decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify business opportunities and analyze trends.
- Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or data entry is an advantage.
