Position Title: Media Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Karlos Academy – Amman
About the Role
Karlos Academy is seeking an Media Assistant to support the media department in daily operational and organizational tasks. The role does not require previous media experience, but it requires strong organization, commitment, and the ability to follow structured workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Content Publishing
- Uploading content prepared by the media team across all platforms
- Ensuring correct timing, formatting, and quality for each platform
Page Maintenance
- Updating bios, links, highlights, and general page information
- Keeping all pages visually clean, organized, and up to date
Media Organization
- Managing and arranging all media files in Google Drive and Notion
- Naming, categorizing, and storing files in a clear and accessible structure
- Performing regular backups and maintaining an organized archive
YouTube Management
- Uploading videos, adding titles/descriptions provided by the team
- Organizing videos within playlists and keeping the channel structured
Performance Logging
- Recording basic engagement and performance numbers
- Preparing simple weekly summaries for the media team
Internal Coordination
- Following up on what has been published and what is pending
- Ensuring all required materials are ready and accessible for the media team
Candidate Requirements
- Strong computer and internet literacy
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
