We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist | (((Available to Start Immediately)))
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Amman. The role involves designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing and growing social media platforms, analyzing web analytics data to optimize performance, and executing online marketing strategies. Collaboration with internal teams, content creation, and regular reporting on campaign success are essential tasks within this position to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
-Implement effective Email Marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversions.
-Enhance SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
-Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure high ROI across all digital marketing efforts.
-Collaborate with design, and development teams to create compelling ads, emails, and SEO content.
-Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, email marketing, and SEO.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
-Extensive experience in managing and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms, ideally with a focus on the GCC market.
-Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad bidding strategies, and SEO optimization techniques.
-Experience with Email Marketing platforms and strategies.
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
-Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, and AI Tools.
