Agency Management Advisor
Job Scope:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies in live streaming services.
- Collaborate with agencies to understand their needs, goals, and budgets.
- Monitor agency performance and address issues or concerns constructively to maintain high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and performance.
- Proactively reach out to potential agencies, promote company services, and establish new partnerships to expand the customer base.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English as a working language; relevant industry work experience is preferred.
- Proven business development (BD) experience is a must.
- Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset and accountability.
- Good understanding and communication skills.
