Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Operations Manager located in Jordan. The Online Operations Manager will oversee daily online operations, ensure efficient workflows, and analyze operational procedures to drive improvements. The role includes managing operational teams, implementing strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that customer service standards are met or exceeded. The position also involves overseeing customer interactions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Strong Online Operations and Operations Management skills, including the ability to oversee digital platforms and operational workflows
- Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvement opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively
- Proven experience in Customer Service and maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient operational management
- Experience in the online gambling or gaming industry is a strong advantage
