Responsibility and Focus
· Participate in Design Sessions and Research Activities: Collaborate in design sessions, lead user testing, and conduct behavioral research to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
· Construct User Experiences and Prototypes: Develop user experiences and prototypes that effectively convey complex relationships, translating user needs into tangible design solutions using wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
· Lead Requirements Gathering Activities: Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, capturing user needs and business objectives to ensure alignment and guide project priorities.
Main Tasks
Technical & Product
·Develop User Experience Deliverables: Craft customer journey maps, user experience flows, wireframes, and research documents as comprehensive blueprints, guiding design and development teams through user interactions and feature specifications.
·Evaluate Platform Effectiveness: Conduct thorough evaluations of existing platforms, analyzing usability, visual design, content quality, and branding consistency to identify areas for improvement.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
You will actively participate in important workshop meetings with the client, playing a pivotal role in understanding and shaping their requirements, motivations, and aspirations.
As a UX Designer, you will possess a profound understanding of user-centered research, design, content strategy, and brand strategy. This expertise will enable you to effectively lead multidisciplinary teams in the development and production of high-quality creative solutions that align with the client's business objectives and goals.

Education and Experience Required
·BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
·[5+ ] years of experience.
·Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of clients and co-workers
·You are well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques.
