Role Description The Receptionist is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman. This role includes welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a professional front desk presence. Daily tasks involve scheduling appointments, managing student and client records, handling mail and deliveries, and supporting basic clerical and administrative activities. The Receptionist will collaborate with the consulting team to ensure smooth office operations and a positive experience for students and families. This role requires consistent punctuality, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Strong receptionist and front desk skills, including experience with Receptionist Duties and managing visitor flow.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for answering inquiries and directing calls clearly and professionally.
- Solid Clerical Skills, such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and handling basic office documentation.
- Demonstrated Customer Service abilities, with a friendly, patient, and solutions-focused attitude toward students and families.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort learning new systems.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Amman, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality of student information.
- Previous experience in an office, educational, or consulting environment is an advantage.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education or training in administration or related fields is a plus.
