The Walk is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join one of our premium food & beverage concepts.
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating exceptional coffee, delivering outstanding customer service, and being part of a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee equipment confidently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and service area.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
- Good knowledge of espresso-based drinks and basic coffee preparation.
- Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
