Manager –Corporate Financial Professional (Financial Modeling & Valuation)

Job Summary
The Manager - Financial Modeler will lead and deliver complex valuation, financial modeling, and economic analysis engagements across transactions, strategy, and regulatory-driven assignments. The role requires managing project teams, overseeing model development and valuation conclusions, ensuring technical excellence, and acting as a key client-facing professional.
Key Responsibilities
Valuation & Financial Modeling Leadership
- Lead and review complex financial models including DCF, merger, project finance.
- Manage and oversee business, asset, and intangible valuations using market, income, and cost approaches
- Review assumptions, forecasts, sensitivity analyses, and conclusions for accuracy and robustness
Economics & Market Analysis
- Lead macroeconomic, sectoral, and industry analyses to support valuation, feasibility studies, and strategic decisions
- Oversee economic impact assessments, demand-supply analysis, pricing models, and regulatory impact studies
- Translate economic and market insights into clear, decision-oriented outputs for clients and stakeholders
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent engagements
- Present valuation conclusions, financial models, and economic findings to senior management and clients
Project & Team Management
- Plan, scope, and manage valuation and modeling engagements end-to-end
- Supervise, coach, and review work performed by analysts and senior analysts
- Ensure efficient project execution, quality control, and adherence to deadlines and budgets
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7–10+ years of experience in valuation, financial modeling, corporate finance, advisory, or consulting
- Prior experience managing teams and client engagements is essential
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, FMVA or equivalent are strongly preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Expert-level financial modeling and valuation skills
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting standards, and economic principles
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, report-writing, and client communication skills
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management abilities
