Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan, for the role of a Teller. The Teller will handle daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and payments while ensuring accuracy and efficient service. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, handling customer inquiries regarding services, verifying account information, cross-selling financial products, and providing excellent customer service to all clients.
Qualifications
- Experience with handling cash transactions, financial records, and performing accurate calculations
- Strong customer service and communication skills to professionally interact with clients
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities
- Prior experience in a financial institution or similar role is advantageous
- Proficiency in relevant software systems and basic IT skills
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field .
