One that offers premium assortment across several categories: fragrances, cosmetics, watches, jewelry, fashion, leather goods and accessories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop strategies and tactics for several of our retail function to gain brand awareness in the local market, covering all classes of the economy.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely for each marketing function.
- Maintain the retail function on top of its audience’s mind (through social media, manage the implementation of events, promotions, and direct marketing actions) to maximize the consumer brand awareness, traffic to stores and sales returns.
- Manage and direct the online digital team to increase digital acquisition. Follow with digital arm on campaign performance and do needed adjustment for next campaign.
- Set digital advertising campaigns with clear KPIs.
- Ensure seasonal campaigns and create relevant creative assets.
- Ensure daily content and abidance to scheduled daily content.
- Enhance organic and unpaid reach.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Ability to utilize CRM and Email marketing.
- Manage media bookings offline - when and if needed.
- Work closely with brands’ headquarters to keep the brand in line with its global strategy.
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ marketing activities in a variety of channels and recommend actions accordingly.
- Exploit current Social Media platform for the assigned retail function(s) and explore new platforms if the opportunity arises.
- Stay up to date with marketing best practices to achieve successful campaigns and promotions, generate brand revenue and increase profitability and market share.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- MS Office above average.

- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Working Environment:
The Marketing person will be based in Amman, Jordan. This is a [full-time] position requiring approximately [48] hours per week. Your regular weekly schedule will be [Sunday to Thursday 08:00-17:00].
