The
Channel Partnership Executive will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with strategic partners to drive business growth and market expansion. This role focuses on identifying new partnership opportunities, enabling partners to succeed, and ensuring strong ongoing engagement to deliver mutual value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential channel partners across the GCC.
- Track market trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects, including key contacts and partnership potential.
- Conduct outreach to prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events.
- Acquire pitching skills to confidently introduce Elevatus to partners and potential leads.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and follow-ups with prospective partners.
- Support preparation of partnership agreements, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Maintain regular communication with partners and track engagement in the CRM.
- Drive partner enablement by coordinating product training, sales resources, and marketing tools to improve adoption and sales readiness.
- Build and manage strong relationships with assigned partners, acting as their advocate within Elevatus.
- Conduct partner visits to ensure proper engagement and delivery.
- Manage partner activities in coordination with the Director to drive revenue and achieve growth targets
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Up to 3 years of experience in partner success, channel management, customer success, or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and demonstrates accountability.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Open to travel.
