About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Capability Manager to drive commercial excellence by building sales team capabilities, delivering training, and developing tools and processes that enhance performance. The role focuses on strengthening skills, improving execution, and ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in sales, commercial excellence, or capability development.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, training methodologies, and performance management.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering sales capability programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Good in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc..)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales capability strategies to strengthen team performance.
- Design and deliver training programs, tools, and resources to build sales skills.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to enhance execution.
- Prepare reports and updates for management on progress and impact of initiatives.
