Bridge International for Academic Services, Jordan’s leading institution for international education since 1996, is expanding its Events Team and is seeking a highly organized Events Assistant with strong English language proficiency to support the delivery of prestigious educational fairs, university exhibitions, and international partnership events across Jordan and the GCC.
Why this role mattersOur events bring together leading global universities, embassies, international schools, and senior academic stakeholders. As an Events Assistant, you will play a central operational role—ensuring professional coordination, clear communication, and flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities• Support end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale educational events
• Communicate professionally in English with international universities, partners, venues, and suppliers
• Assist with event logistics, exhibitor coordination, and venue arrangements
• Support preparation of event timelines, floor plans, operational checklists, and exhibitor allocations
• Assist with branding, signage, registration areas, and booth setup
• Provide on-site support during events, including exhibitor assistance, crowd coordination, and schedule control
• Coordinate closely with Marketing & PR teams before, during, and after events
• Support post-event reporting and partner follow-ups.
