Job Title: Influencer Manager / Campaign Manager

We’re working with a leading influencer marketing agency headquartered in Dubai that is looking to bring on an Influencer Manager to join the team remotely. You’ll work very closely with the Dubai HQ, supporting regional campaigns with a strong focus on the Arabic-speaking market.
This is a key hire for the team - they need someone who really understands the influencer landscape in the region and, most importantly, is strong on casting. Someone who doesn’t just pull names, but understands the nuance of talent selection, audience fit, and how to build the right mix for a campaign.
The Role
You’ll be leading on influencer casting and execution across campaigns, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high quality, culturally relevant work.
- Own influencer casting across campaigns, with a strong focus on regional talent
- Build and maintain a strong network of influencers, agents, and talent managers
- Understand briefs and translate them into smart, strategic talent recommendations
- Manage outreach, negotiations, and onboarding of influencers
- Oversee campaign execution end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery
- Work closely with strategy and client servicing teams based in Dubai
- Keep a close eye on trends, emerging talent, and platform shifts across the region
What They’re Looking For
- Strong experience in influencer marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven track record of casting for campaigns across the region
- Deep understanding of the influencer landscape - who’s relevant, who’s rising, and who actually delivers
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Comfortable working remotely while staying closely aligned with a regional team
- Arabic is essential, English fluency is also needed
