Position Summarywe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to the Administrative Manager. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily administrative operations, preparing reports, coordinating with departments, maintaining records, and ensuring the efficient execution of administrative processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Administrative Manager.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks across departments.
- Prepare administrative reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize records, documents, policies, and confidential files.
- Coordinate with Legal, HR, Security, Public Safety, and IT departments regarding administrative matters.
- Monitor compliance with administrative procedures and support policy implementation.
- Assist in organizing audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and internal communications.
- Support special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or office administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
